Questions

What counts as a preview?
One screenshot of one client in one mode. We record the count from day one because it is the industry's billing unit — but on Pro it is a number you can look at, not a number you pay.
Why is Free limited to three clients?
They are one per rendering engine: Gmail's style stripping and 102KB clip, Outlook's Word engine, and WebKit on iOS. That is where the differences you are testing for actually live, so three engines tells you more than a dozen near-identical webmail clients would.
Are these real-device screenshots?
Not yet. Previews are emulated — headless Chromium with a per-client transformation profile. It is an approximation, weakest for Word-engine Outlook, and it is what makes flat pricing possible. Real-client capture is planned as a later tier and is not being sold as part of this launch.
What happens when the beta opens up?
Every invite during the invite-only period carries a Pro grant — recorded, revocable, and independent of any subscription. If you later subscribe to something higher, the subscription wins; if the grant ends, you keep whatever you are paying for. We will tell you before that changes.
Is VAT added at checkout?
No. EmailOnSteroids is run as a German Kleinunternehmen under §19 UStG, so no VAT is charged and the listed price is the amount billed.
